What it replaces, and what it doesn't
IDP removes manual data entry and first-pass reading. It does not remove judgement. Exception handling, edge cases, and the decisions that follow extraction are exactly where the manual work was never really the bottleneck, and buyers who don't separate the two end up disappointed by a system that is working exactly as designed.
