What is Kelriva AI?
Kelriva AI is a London-based enterprise AI consultancy founded in 2026. Every engagement is fixed-fee, delivered in weeks, and fully handed over to your team.
How is Kelriva AI different from other AI consultancies?
Most AI consultancies sell strategy, frameworks, and recommendations. Kelriva AI builds and delivers the systems. We are engineers and operators, not advisors. Every engagement ends with a working system in your environment — with documentation, monitoring, and handover — not a slide deck or a roadmap.

Does Kelriva AI work with startups or only large enterprises?
We work with any organisation that has a real AI implementation need and the operational maturity to use what we build. Most of our clients are growth-stage companies or established enterprises in regulated industries. We do not take on pure research projects, proof-of-concept-only engagements, or work where there is no clear production use case.

How does Kelriva AI price its work?
All Kelriva AI engagements are fixed-fee. We scope the work, agree the deliverables, and fix the price before any work begins — no day rates, no time-and-materials billing, no scope creep surprises. We provide a detailed proposal within 48 hours of an initial conversation.
How quickly can Kelriva AI deliver an AI system?
Most production AI systems take 4–8 weeks from discovery to deployment. Simple integrations and pipeline builds can be delivered in 3–4 weeks. Complex multi-agent systems with many integrations may take 8–12 weeks. We are explicit about timelines in every proposal — "weeks not months" is not a marketing claim, it is our standard delivery model.
What happens after Kelriva AI delivers a system?
Every delivery includes full documentation, monitoring setup, and a handover session so your team can operate the system independently. We also offer optional ongoing support packages for maintenance, model retraining, and system evolution — agreed as a separate fixed-fee arrangement. You own everything we build. There is no lock-in.
Who owns the AI systems Kelriva builds?
You do. Every system is fully handed over with documentation and source code. There is no lock-in to Kelriva or to any specific AI provider. We build model-agnostic infrastructure wherever possible so you can switch underlying models as the market evolves.

What is Intelligent Document Processing?
Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) uses AI to automatically extract, classify, validate, and route data from unstructured documents — contracts, KYC packets, compliance filings, invoices — replacing manual document review with automated pipelines. Our IDP systems typically achieve 95–99% extraction accuracy and reduce processing time by 70–90%.
What is AI Workflow Automation?
AI Workflow Automation uses agentic AI systems — software agents built on LangGraph — to replace manual, multi-step business processes. Unlike rule-based RPA, AI agents handle unstructured inputs, make decisions, coordinate across systems, and recover from exceptions. The result is end-to-end automation of processes that traditional tools cannot reliably handle.
What does Kelriva AI do in Data Analytics?
We build AI-powered data pipelines, cloud data warehouses, real-time BI dashboards, and predictive analytics systems. We work with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and Metabase for dashboards; Amazon Redshift, BigQuery, and Snowflake for data warehousing; and Airflow and DBT for pipeline orchestration.
Can Kelriva AI build ESG analytics and sustainability reporting systems?
Yes. ESG analytics is one of our specialist verticals. We build systems that aggregate ESG data, calculate metrics against TCFD, GRI, CSRD, and SFDR frameworks, and produce audit-ready dashboards. Our ESG systems include LLM-powered data sourcing, scoring engines, and transparent citation trails for regulatory compliance.
Technology and AI stack
What AI frameworks does Kelriva AI use?
Our core stack includes LangGraph and LangChain for agentic workflow orchestration, Azure OpenAI and other LLM providers for reasoning, FAISS, Pinecone, and Qdrant for vector retrieval, FastAPI for API services, and PyTorch for custom ML models. For data engineering we use Apache Airflow, DBT, and Amazon Redshift. We are cloud-agnostic and choose the right tool for each use case.
What is LangGraph and why does Kelriva AI use it?
LangGraph is an open-source framework for building stateful, multi-agent AI workflows. We use it because it provides the control flow, state management, and observability needed for production enterprise deployments — allowing agents to maintain context, coordinate, handle failures, and produce auditable outputs.
Is Kelriva AI locked into one AI provider?
No. We build model-agnostic infrastructure wherever possible. Our systems are designed to work with multiple LLM providers — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and open-source models — so you are not dependent on any single vendor and can switch as the market evolves or your requirements change.
Can Kelriva AI integrate with our existing enterprise systems?
Yes. We integrate with ERP platforms (SAP, Odoo), CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), document management platforms, databases, and bespoke internal APIs. Our AI systems communicate via REST APIs, webhooks, and direct database connections — sitting on top of your existing infrastructure without requiring you to replace it.
