We started Kelriva AI to close that gap. Not as strategy advisors. Not as researchers. As engineers and operators who build the systems, handle the edge cases, and stay accountable until they run cleanly in your environment.

Every engagement is fixed-fee. Every system comes with documentation and a handover. You own what we build.

Build-and-transfer, not retainer-and-dependency.

Most enterprise AI engagements are structured to keep you dependent on the vendor — multi-year transformation roadmaps, ongoing retainers, and platforms only the vendor's own team can maintain. We build the opposite way.

Every engagement runs through four phases: discovery (scope and success criteria agreed upfront), build (the system, on your infrastructure, not a black box), shadow-run (your team operates it alongside us before we step back), and full handover (documentation, source code, and training — the system is yours, not ours).

By the end of an engagement, your own team can run, modify, and extend what we built without continuing to pay us to do it. We'd rather earn the next engagement on the strength of the last one than lock you into paying to maintain what should already work on its own.

Delivery is remote-first: discovery, build, and handover run over video calls and shared infrastructure regardless of where your team sits. We're based in London and available for in-person sessions there when a project calls for it, but on-site presence is never required.
