Most AI automation agencies connect apps. Some work needs more than that
Search for an AI automation agency in the UK and most of what you find is lead generation: chatbots, booking flows and apps wired together with no-code tools. For simple, repeatable steps that is often the right answer.
It stops working when the input is a 60-page contract, a scanned passport or a supplier questionnaire nobody filled in the same way twice. Or when the output has to stand up to an auditor, a regulator or a client asking why.
That is the work we take on. Two people in London, building systems that read, decide, explain themselves and pass the hard cases to a person.
No-code flow or a built system: an honest test
Three kinds of automation, built properly
Document intake and extraction
Contracts, KYC files, compliance filings and invoices read automatically, with every extracted field traceable to the source page and a review queue for anything the model is unsure about.
Details →Agents for multi-step work
LangGraph agents that take over approval chains and coordination work across your systems, with a person approving the steps that matter and a full audit trail of what happened.
Details →Data pipelines and reporting
The plumbing behind the automation: data pulled from the systems you already use into dashboards and reports a manager can act on, without someone rebuilding a spreadsheet every Monday.

Four rules every system we ship follows
Your infrastructure, your data
We build inside your cloud account or on-premise. Client documents stay where your data protection policy says they should, not in a third-party automation platform.
A person stays in the loop
Every system we ship has a review step for low-confidence cases and a log of what it decided and why. Automation that cannot be checked is not something a regulated firm can rely on.
No platform subscription to us
Source code, documentation and training are part of every package. When we hand over, you own it and can run it without us.
The price is agreed first
A one-page written scope with deliverables, timeline and fee before anything starts. If the scope changes, we re-scope in writing.
Tell us which process eats the most hours
One call is enough to tell whether it needs a built system, a no-code flow or nothing at all. You will have a written price within 48 hours if we are the right fit.
Book a 30-minute callHiring an AI automation agency in the UK: what buyers ask us
How much does an AI automation agency cost in the UK?
It depends on whether you are paying for no-code flows or a built system. We publish three fixed prices: an AI Readiness Assessment at £4,500, an IDP Proof of Concept at £8,500 and a LangGraph Agent MVP at £15,000. Each is scoped in writing before work begins, with no day rates.
Do you build Zapier or Make automations?
Not as a service. If a simple no-code flow would solve your problem, we will say so and point you to it. We build the systems that no-code tools struggle with: messy documents, decisions that need reasoning, and processes where a mistake has a regulatory or financial cost.
How long does an automation project take?
The readiness assessment takes 9 to 14 days. A document-processing proof of concept takes 3 to 5 weeks, and a production agent for one workflow takes 6 to 8 weeks. You see working software during the build, not only at the end.
Where does our data go?
We build on your infrastructure, inside your own cloud account or on-premise, so documents stay under your control and your existing data protection arrangements. Which AI model a system uses, and where it runs, is agreed in the written scope.
Are you based in London?
Yes. Kelriva AI Limited is registered in London. We are a two-person team working with clients across the UK, mostly remotely, with on-site sessions when a project needs them.
Which industries do you automate for?
Fintech and financial services, ESG and sustainability reporting, corporate finance and private equity, and corporate coaching and learning. The common thread is document-heavy work where accuracy matters.
