Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of kelriva.ai and any product, tool, or service we make available on it. By using this site or any of these products, you agree to these Terms. Kelriva AI Limited (“Kelriva AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is:

Kelriva AI provides three kinds of things through this site, each governed slightly differently:

• Fixed-fee consultancy engagements — AI Readiness Assessments, IDP Proofs of Concept, LangGraph Agent MVPs, and related work, as described on our Services and Pricing pages.
• The AI Visibility Score — a paid, self-serve report on how a business shows up in AI search results (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, and similar).
• Free tools — the AI Readiness Score and the KYC Automation Savings Calculator, offered at no charge.

These Terms describe how our website and self-serve products work in general. They are not the contract for a consultancy engagement. Every fixed-fee engagement (Readiness Assessment, Proof of Concept, Agent MVP, or a bespoke project) is governed by its own written scope and service agreement, agreed with you before any work begins, covering price, deliverables, timeline, and specific terms for that engagement. Where anything in a signed service agreement conflicts with these Terms, the service agreement governs.

The AI Visibility Score is generated specifically for the business and domain you provide, using publicly available information and third-party data sources. It reflects a point-in-time analysis and is provided for informational purposes — it is not a guarantee of search ranking, AI citation, or business outcomes, and results can change as AI platforms and your own website change.

Ownership check. To request or unlock a report, you confirm you are requesting it for a business you are actually affiliated with, verified by using an email address on that business’s own domain.

Pricing and payment. A limited number of full reports are made available free of charge; once that allowance is used, unlocking the full report requires payment of the price shown at checkout, processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Refunds. Because the report is generated specifically for your business and delivered digitally and immediately upon payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once the report has been unlocked. If something has genuinely gone wrong on our end — the report failed to generate correctly, or you were charged in error — contact us at info@kelriva.ai and we will put it right.

The AI Readiness Score and KYC Automation Savings Calculator are provided free of charge, as-is, for general informational and planning purposes. They are not a substitute for professional advice, a formal assessment, or due diligence, and we make no guarantee that results are complete or exact for your specific circumstances.

You agree not to:

• Use any part of this site or its tools to build a competing product or service without our written permission.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, payment requirements, or ownership checks on any tool or product.
• Submit false information to misrepresent your affiliation with a business when requesting a report.
• Use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else’s use of it.

The Kelriva AI name, logo, and all content on this site — including our Insights articles, methodology, and the design and code of our free tools — belong to Kelriva AI Limited or our licensors. A report generated for your business through the AI Visibility Score is yours to use for your own business purposes; the underlying methodology, scoring framework, and tooling remain ours.

This site and its free tools and self-serve products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content, score, or report we provide outside a signed consultancy service agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from your use of this website or the AI Visibility Score product is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim, or £100 if no payment was made.

Delivering these products relies on third-party services — including Stripe for payment processing, Upstash for data storage, DataForSEO and Anthropic for the analysis behind the AI Visibility Score, and Vercel for hosting. We are not responsible for outages or errors originating from these providers, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve any impact on you.

We may suspend or restrict access to any tool or product if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated. You may stop using this site and its tools at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
