  • Contact form data — retained for up to 2 years or until we determine there is no ongoing business relationship.
  • Newsletter subscriptions — retained until you unsubscribe.
  • Analytics data — retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default).
  • CRM records — retained for up to 5 years to support business relationship management.
